Reached out February 2020 and got to bring my good boy home 5/18/2020. They we’re great answering questions and helping a first time dog owner. When I’m ready for another pup I will most certainly be going through Elk River Companions.

I looked for over 6 months for a Golden Retriever breeder - visiting each place. It is important to visit the place, so you can see first hand how the dogs are bred, the facilities, etc. At one place, my mom didn't even get out of the car. The minute I met Robin and saw the amazing facility, the way she was with her dogs, I knew I had found the right place! When the puppies are born, Robyn and her family bring them inside the house to hold and play with them, so they are socialized from the "get-go".
