I was very disappointed in the services I received at this practice. I began earlier this year feeling hopeful after a positive consultation with Dr. Holler, who assured me I would receive thorough care and a clear path toward feeling better. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
I did not receive a structured or comprehensive healing plan. Instead, I was given numerous scattered suggestions that felt overwhelming and lacked cohesion. There was also a significant error in my chart—an established diagnosis I’ve had for 20 years was listed as “non-diagnosed.” When I brought this to Dr. Edwards’ attention, his response was “that would only be on my chart if I had told them that.” This felt unprofessional and dismissive.
I also completed an additional test at Dr. Edwards’ recommendation after being told it would provide valuable insight. When the results came back, I was told there was “little” to take from them, yet another practitioner later reviewed the same results and offered a much clearer, more actionable interpretation.
I raised my concerns about the care I was receiving on two occasions. After the first time, I was scheduled for an appointment, but the outcome was again a list of many suggestions with no real plan. After voicing my concerns a second time, I was removed from the membership.
Ultimately, my time and money were not well spent here. I have since found a practitioner who provides a clear, manageable healing plan and truly supportive care. Based on my experience, I would encourage those with chronic or complex health issues to seek care elsewhere if they are looking for thorough guidance, clarity, and follow-through. The level of care initially promised to me was not at all delivered and I felt more like a burden than a cared for patient.

Dr. Edwards provides an excellent experience from start to finish. The office is welcoming, organized, and efficient, and you can tell that patient care is a top priority. Dr. Edwards takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the visit. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality care and a doctor who truly cares about his patients.

My spouse has been a deep tissue massage therapist for over 20 years. She has suffered tremendously with constant repetitive stress pain in her hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, lower back and knees. The pain was so severe that it impaired her ability to get restful sleep and impacted her overall quality of life. We were looking for a non-surgical treatment and Prolotherapy seemed like the best option for her conditions. We found Dr. Chad Edwards at Revolution Health & Wellness through a physician referral. Dr. Edwards is a very pleasant, friendly, highly skilled and professional practitioner supported by equally pleasant, friendly, highly skilled and professional staff. The Prolotherapy results have been simply put, miraculous, very affordable and worth every penny. Her pain relief and improved function have been, in her words, life changing. For anyone suffering from joint pain we highly recommend you visit with Dr. Edwards to determine if Prolotherapy is a good option.

I could not have asked for better care. Dr Edwards and his staff were friendly, enthusiastic and compassionate. They took time to answer all my questions and along with Dr Edwards made me feel like I was the only patient they had. I give them my highest recommendation.

If you are tired of 12-minute doctor visits with a doctor who doesn’t really listen, but seems overeager to send you home with a pocket full of drug prescriptions, here’s good news based on my experience with Revolution/Transformation Family Health!Dr. Drew Haney is a physician who listens, takes time to understand your medical needs, and works with you to plan and implement the best treatment. He was able to diagnose a malady that had plagued me for over a decade—something others couldn’t do. After office hours, he researched, came up with a treatment protocol, arranged for a compounding pharmacist to prepare medications that were ready for pick-up early the next morning—before I caught a flight out of town. What’s more, he is a pleasure to work with, the staff is friendly and organized. The facility is spotless.I give Transformation Family Health and Dr. Haney a ten out of five!Laurie Moore

Dr. Edwards was the first doctor to medicate me properly with thyroid hormones but I was failed miserably at his hands. His NP is the one who actually got to the root of my problems after about a decade of suffering. I had Bartonella, Ehrlichia & Lyme. I also had MCAS and while medical care was part of the deal working at the clinic that did NOT happen. His wife, the office manager, made fun of me & acted as if my swollen knuckles and the cysts that appeared on them were all in my head. (If you don’t believe it I don’t blame you. I could hardly believe the cruelty coming from her mouth in front of him. He said nothing, he’s complicit.) It was from a severe pork allergy, due to tick borne illness and here I was being gaslit at the last clinic I expected it. I was disappointed. I once thought Doc was as close to walking on water as any human could be. At one point, before this wife, he was a stand up guy… or I was very fooled.Full disclosure… I was fired from this clinic after reporting several females, including myself, felt uncomfortable with one of the new male employees who didn’t understand personal space. I’d also failed to schedule lab follow up appointments when not all labs were back to avoid charging folks two visits out of pocket rather than one. It seemed unethical. They listened to two hateful people in the office. One left shortly after me… apparently she sold a bunch of Groupon packages and pocketed the money. The other one got fired, according to the office, for embezzlement. If I had not told them what kind of person she was and saw it myself I may believe someone else pocketed the money after all I saw at this place. Hate to see anyone have a thief take advantage but this office asked for it. I told them what kind of person she was.If they’re Christians you can’t prove it by what I saw. Money seems to be their God.If you'd like info on the NP who diagnosed me-- Stem Cell Therapy Rx. She's ethical to a fault and by the way she does business she likes to sleep well at night.(Side note. I once respected Doc very much, because of that I waited 5 years to update my 5 star review. I wanted to make sure my review was not borne of anger or disappointment, I wanted nothing but truth to be shared. My testimonial once brought patients in, I’d hear that while scheduling and in person they’d recognize me. Couldn’t in good conscience not correct a mistake in discernment, possibly leading others on the wrong path. Although this could be the path for you. I’d encourage you to pray for discernment and go in anyplace with your eyes wide open.I’m not bitter or angry. Their actions led me to a much better job and perhaps I’d still be sick if I were there. They were part of a bigger plan, they were part of God closing a door and opening a much better one with bigger and greater blessings.)

UPDATE: 11/6/2022. Sadly, the Nurse Practitioners have left this clinic and I was told they do not have plans on hiring more. Dr Edwards is seeing all the patients now. I’ve had the best rapport with the nurse practitioner Kelly Moore, and she was the reason I went here. Friends who have gone here as well as I have noticed changes - less patient focused, not responsive to questions, lots of confusion in getting refills of meds with the clinic blaming the pharmacy and the pharmacy saying they never received the orders. I’ve found another nurse practitioner at a different clinic, despite it being a longer drive, that is meeting my healthcare needs much better. My friends and I still wonder at what happened here, but we've moved on. - Dr. Edwards and Nurse Practitioner Nicole Forsberg both listened to my symptoms and concerns. The extensive bloodwork was impressive, and results were explained well by the nurse practitioner. Supplements were recommended but not pushed upon me. I chose several but not all that was receoomended. My reason for not ranking them as a 5 was that I was asked to wait while the NP asked the physician a question, and I waited about 35 minutes. Finally I was advised to go home and someone would call later that afternoon or the next day to advise me. I did not receive a call back until many days later.

Terrible at communicating, charged me 500 dollars for blood test, then tried to charge me another 500 to read it to me. Never followed through with the other things they said they would do, like help me get an mri or send a replacement urine toxicity test. I called and left message after message. Nobody has ever answered my calls or called me back. Not once. And they are very rude and uncommunicative in the portal. I havent heard from them in months.
