5 stars and a glowing recommendation for Ms. Dusty specifically! I had such a fantastic experience working with Dusty today. She was so sweet. I literally learned more about how to better take care of my hair from her than I have anywhere else to date! She had great, helpful suggestions customized specifically for my hair type and my goals. It all felt like realistic things I could start doing at home too. She was both a great listener & communicator and had gentle, practiced hands. I really hope I can work with her again at future appointments! Highly recommend her to anyone!

Waited an hour past my appointment time before being seen. Stylist didn’t so much as apologize for being late to work, as I was the first appointment of the day. Other stylists took walk-ins that came after me. Stylist did not listen to my request, made comments that made me feel bad about myself with my postpartum hair loss, and charged me more than the posted amount for a regular haircut. The only reason I stuck it out was because I made special transportation and childcare arrangements to be able to have this service. Please do better for your service members and their families.

I went yesterday for a pixie trim. Alisha is brand new and took wonderful care of me. She listened to my request and was happy to help me with this mess of a hair. Very patient and understanding, needless to say I got exactly what I wanted. Please go see her!

My haircut is lopsided and uneven there goes over $20 down the drain. Maybe next time paying attention to the customer getting their haircut might be helpful.Service: Hairstyling

Asked that my hair be cut up to my shoulders all the same length. The lady that cut my hair went ahead and gave me layers and thinned my hair neither of which I asked for. Oh and my hair doesn't even touch my shoulders unless it's straightened. The lady that curled my hair made me feel better about the poor job that the lady cutting my hair did. Won't be returning.Service: Haircut

Walked in and asked for a medium fade. She failed to blend in anything above the fade. Even after I pointed it out as an issue. It had been 3 weeks since my last hair cut, so it was and is still grown out and rough. I've been here before and a different lady cut my hair, and I had no issues at all with her.

Doesn't honor scheduled appointments. Had a few buddies take my CQ shift because I had an appointment scheduled and ended up leaving. Prices are incredibly expensive for a medium fade..
