Terrible place. They screw up your medications. They don’t call back. I have been waiting here for 30 minutes to sign in. The lady at the front desk is busy showing pictures on her phone to patients . I have pictures of the lady wasting time

I'm really thankful that we have a wonderful VA clinic and branches here in Lawton. It's the best thing for veterans in texhoma area. I have yet to find a reason to complain 😃 The staff is great, the service is marvelous and the environment is Veterans friendly 🥰

In all of my years going here, never have I received satisfactory service. I've had to argue and fight with the staff numerous times for issues I'm not only entitled to but are covered by my rating. This last dr told me that the pain in my mouth is cosmetic. He completely disregarded my wishes of fewer procedures. Instead, he insisted on 4 or 5 treatment plans. All of which I rejected. It didn't matter. His word was law. To be told that my pain is cosmetic and dismissed like I didn't matter is not only insulting but downright rude. This has to be the WORST VA dental in the nation.

Needed assistance for my father in law to get his heart medicine after he moved, I was immediately helped and they acted quickly to get his meds over nighted with refills. Jennifer was awesome in giving her time and effort to make this happen!

I retired from Ft Sill and stayed in Lawton for 2 years after I retired from 2021-2023. Moved to Dallas then I realized I spoiled I were from Lawton. Ft. Sill is not bad at all. I miss this hospital

Extremely incompetent and rude staff. P. S. To Mandy. Just because someone isn’t speaking sweetly and softly to you doesn’t mean they’re being rude. Work on your overly sensitive feelings and try to be an adult. ?

I'm a retired combat arms 1SG with 21 years service and can tell everyone that this is one of the best VA Clinics I have ever been to. The staff is very helpful, professional and caring and will bend over backwards to help you with any medical issues / questions you may have. I recently saw DR. Dollarhite, Shane DE audiology for my hearing exam and was diagnosed with hearing loss and tinnitus. With his help, I was approved for hearing aids. Audiology Tech, Krystal Ross did the fitting and ordered the hearing aids for me. Once they came in Dr. April Killman activated them and fully explained everything I needed to know in full detail (Very Professional). From one Veteran to Another, please treat these professional with the utmost respect. One happy veteran :)

I hear people complain about VA health care, I don't know why I've been a patient with the fort sill clinic for at least a decade. They have always helped my health concerns and if they aren't able to do it they send me to an outside Dr aka community care. Dr Martin is absolutely a first class professional. Great place.
