So professional, on-top-of it communication and friendly!! We really appreciate the great work and great communication. It is wonderful to be able to add the days they will come to the calendar and the text we get that they are coming helps with any last minute - oh, I have to go move the hose out of the yard. Moved to town about a week and a half ago. Contacted Maverick within two days of getting here. They called and said that they would be right over to give a quote. No call, no show. They call us over the weekend, saying "be there monday", again No call, no show. At this point, I was over them, but my roomates insisted we give another shot, as they could be busy. They tell us that they will be there on Wednesday. Not to too much surprise, they called an hour before their scheduled appointment saying "we can get you in tomorrow now". They had not been by to give a quote, our yard has a privacy fence with a locked gate, that they would have no way to see... read full review
