On Black Friday I had an issue with my online order so I decided to go into the store to see if they could help. They were very busy but no one made me feel bad for coming in with an online order issue. The manager that helped me (I wish I had asked her name) was extremely helpful & patient!

Went to Ulta beauty for the first time to get my hair done and they did a fantastic job! The lady that did my hair was amazing,she had my hair shining nd feeling so clean! Will be definitely going back!

I do love Ulta for their variety, but not the prices. Of course they do have high-end and more modest price items, so I can't completely ding them. I mean you have a choice. I was able to purchase some good face care items there that my dermatologist recommend, and that is where she gets much of her stuff. So all in all, Ulta does bring it when it comes to variety, and the staff is really nice too.
