I got a free car wash for veterans Day and they also gave me a car detailing kit with a smile to boot. Now it's been a couple of months since I had my car wash so it was really really splattered with bugs so the first wash didn't get them all but they let me go through again and no cost and the second wash did the job. Thank you Tommy's for supporting Veterans and their families.
I go to Tommy’s Express regularly, and they never disappoint! The wash always leaves my car pristine — seriously spotless inside and out. The location is easy to get to, the grounds are always clean, and every employee I’ve interacted with has been friendly and professional.
One experience that really stood out was when I was vacuuming my car and an employee noticed my machine had turned off. He immediately walked over and turned it back on without me even asking — such a small gesture but it really showed how attentive and helpful their staff is. I wish I knew his name so I could give him a shoutout!
