I used this company to fix a small water leak at my rent house. They Charged me over 600$ to fix a small water leak outside the house which I thought was way to high! The PVC had a little Crack in it. I went ahead and paid them because it had to be done. Also I told them I’d give them continued business to be my main handy men at my rent house. Not more then a month later it’s leaking in the same spot they supposably Repaired. So I call them back and they said they will go back out in a few days and only charge me half and won’t be a warranty on the previous work they did before. But it will this time! We purchased a countertop sink from him and paid him upfront.He NEVER did come and do the installation like he promised.He NEVER did return phone calls. When he would answer the phone he would just hang up immediately!NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NOT EVER, do you want to use this person as a home contractor!YES, you did sell us a sink and countertop, and you were paid additional for the installation that you said you would perform on the weekend. I hired smitty in august to paint my house. I originally wanted for the siding to be replaced but he told me he could repair the siding and paint it for $5000 so I decided to trust him. They showed up I paid them a deposit and they started power washing and scraping. What they ended up doing was destroying the siding beyond repair. Smitty said he could repair it which all he did was spread caulking over the gouges which made it look worse the siding he used to match on the side and window were nowhere even close the window material he said was leftover he had in a pile at his house. He does not have insurance and is not bonded, which I should have checked in the beginning....read full review
