Staff was rude and derogatory from her high perch behind check in desk.
Had well visit to establish health care. She never listened to heart, looked in ear or down throat. Never touched my husband or myself. She did listen. Visited twice thinking first was a fluke. Odd experiences.

I can not believe my experience this morning! Not only is the office extremely difficult to find, no one answers the phone! I called both numbers from google and got voicemail so still could not locate the office. Google maps take you to the main mall doors that are locked! The website needs updated saying the west side. It is the southwest side! Nothing on the outside of the building directs you! I waited over 4 months for this appointment and was very frustrated when I arrived since I had so much trouble finding it! I asked if anyone answers the phone and was told it hadn’t rang.
