I would like to share with Farmers Insurance the exceptional service I received from Miss Jada McCarty in my decision to switch to Farmers. Miss McCarty went above and beyond her duties working with me on both my home and auto insurance. She worked hard and utilized multiple options in trying to get me the same or better rate than my previous insurance and still keep all the coverage that I needed. Actually she improved my coverages. Even though I came out paying a little more than previously, I chose to go with Farmers solely because of the excellent service, extra time and the concern Miss McCarty showed for my situation and worked endlessly to meet all my requirements.
