The staff is also responsive to questions and concerns, making owners feel comfortable and confident in the care their pets receive. The team, including Dr. Jacob and the front desk staff, is caring and welcoming, making pets and owners feel at ease. Although some find the prices high, the hospital accepts care credit cards, which many owners appreciate. Overall, Enid Pet Hospital is a trusted place where pets are treated with kindness and professionalism.
Got our dog an appointment same day as a brand new patient. We had just moved, didn’t have a vet, and she was injured and we didn’t know what to do. Doctor was knowledgeable and great with our dog.
I cannot say enough good things about Enid Pet Hospital! The staff there is so friendly, personable and helpful. Dr. Jacob’s has been nothing short of wonderful. We recently had to put our dog down and she was so helpful and kind to us throughout the process. Letting us take our time with him before we had to say goodbye. She also helped us with our new pup! If you are looking for a new vet for your fur baby, look no further.
Staff and doctors were amazing. Got an appointment fast and went right in without a wait for my elderly dog. They provided him excellent end of life care and gave him the best chance. Would recommend to anyone needing a vet that truly cares for animals.
