With most of other insurance companies that I was particularly looking at for homeowner insurance I would leave them messages multiple times through their website or a call and just would never get correspondence. These people I left it at 6pm on my way to work on a Friday and lo and behold 8am Monday they sent me a text and email asking what my needs were, and some of the time responded past their office hours to ensure good care. They work hard and treat you like a person; I would very much recommend them to other first time home buyers like I was.
