He came into our home and was so polite, personable, patient and clean! he truly went above & beyond helping us with inefficiencies with our airflow we didn't even know existed. Eric Banks and his team at UltraClean are the BEST in the business! We previously worked with other carpet cleaners who weren't nearly as good until our home builder recommended UltraClean to us.Their schedulers do a great job of answering calls and scheduling an appointment as soon as possible. So far, they have cleaned carpets in our house at least 5 times and have done a professional and thorough job each time. Worked with UltraClean to quote and hire for grout and tile cleaning to include sealing. The job included upholstery cleaning of two sofas. The Ultra Clean team was great to work with starting with their manager Eric. They worked to educate me on their method and systems. I felt comfortable enough to hire Dec 23. We are more than pleased. We anticipate working with UltraClean again. The communication, timeliness, and the results was exceptional.
