“We recently completed a roofing project with Scotty and the McRoof team, and the experience exceeded our expectations.
We had been dealing with a persistent roof leak that several other companies failed to properly diagnose. Scotty took a different approach—he invested the time to thoroughly walk the roof and fully understand the issue. Ultimately, he identified that the problem was less about the roof itself and more related to how a second-floor deck had been tied into the structure—something others had overlooked entirely.
His evaluation was comprehensive, and his estimate reflected that same level of detail and transparency. Scotty clearly explained the issues in a way that was easy to understand and directly connected to the proposed scope of work, which gave me a great deal of confidence going into the project.
Throughout the process, communication was excellent. When two additional items arose outside the original scope, Scotty addressed them proactively, explained the situation clearly, and waited for approval before proceeding—something we greatly appreciated.
The quality of work, professionalism, and attention to detail delivered by Scotty and his team truly set them apart. I would highly recommend McRoof to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, thorough, and high-quality roofing professional.”
“I truly appreciate Kelly’s hard work, dedication, and professionalism throughout our project. While we encountered a few misunderstandings along the way, he was always responsive, willing to listen, and committed to making things right. His communication and follow-through gave us confidence that our concerns would be addressed.
Even three months after the project was completed, I had a few warranty items that needed attention. Kelly personally came out to inspect everything, addressed my concerns, and promptly scheduled the necessary repairs. That level of customer service and standing behind his work speaks volumes.
Overall, it was a pleasure working with Kelly, and I truly appreciate the positive outcome we achieved together. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a general contractor who stands behind his work and takes care of his customers.”
