We started dealing with this contractor on January 6th. Salesman Joey gave us a great sales pitch about how they could handle everything on our hail damage claim,roof replacement, siding replacement, window replacement. He took my insurance checks and advised that he would take care of getting lender endorsement. The roof went on January 26th not bad. I added putting gutters on home and that went on with little issue.Windows took until March 9th,trim pieces around windows and screens still not done as of June 12th. Siding was a load of stories from Mike the owner then after he stopped answering the phone Anna his so called "secretary". They went back to my insurance company and got complete which we thought was OK, worth the extra wait, home siding replacement authorization. In the meantime the 2 screens,1 screen door and 1 screen window needed to be repaired, kept getting times it would happen from Mike and time and time again it would not. Finally I took the 1 screen from window and laid by back screen door for them trying to make it easier, I come home and every window screen around our home is gone. Insurance only authorized 2 screens to be repaired. I tried to call no answer, sent text since that is only method of communication they do, still no answer. I said you were not supposed to take all,others were not even damaged. Finally the following week Anna says they are doing those as a courtesy....what? Courtesy... they are not damaged... now back to siding my insurance adjuster noticed that the measurements on back side of home was off by 400 sq ft. So after he did Mike's job for him he finalized supplement for siding extra and sent me the check for that. Now I finally have some leverage, the siding check. Now Mike is calling my adjuster wanting to know amount of check and will not even show us siding samples until he receives that check from us...not this time Mikey. You screwed us once not again. I told him I need screens back fixed or not and when siding is done he can have insurance check. He refused to do that so we fired him, demanded screens back and remaining funds from prior checks on work not completed. Thursday the 10th of June he supposedly brought screens back laid them out by the street 100 yards from our home took a picture of them and left. We come home from an out of state funeral 6/12/21 today and there is 1 screen laying in ditch. Our attorney has been notified of Mike and Twinco's actions as well as I will be contacting Edmond,Ok. chamber of commerce and the better business bureauThe following response from them is an attempt to misinform potential customers of a true and complete review of this companies practices. Mike came out immediately to locate our frozen pipe leak. He was very responsive throughout the process of fixing the leak and repairing water damage. Lou and the guys were professional, friendly and did fantastic drywall work and painting.

These guys are the best. The first contractor I hired to build a patio cover never would come out to complete the build (or even start it), so I asked for recommendations through my FB neighborhood group. TwinCo came highly recommended, so I sent them a text. Mike called me immediately, and came out that afternoon to give me an estimate. Within 2 days they were there building my patio, and were finished 2 working days later. I couldn't be happier. The patio looks great and was very reasonably priced.
