I am a nice person and try to remain calm. I just had my haircut at this location and they messed it up so bad that I had to go home and shave my head. 40 dollars threw away and it is embarrassing because I have to hold board meetings and international ZOOM meetings with my job. I explain things and it is such a simple haircut and it still got messed up. I told them how to cut it and then when I seen them go three inches to high with the foilers on one side and completely hack up the other side, I really couldn't believe what was happening. I was in shock. But like an idiot and I guess the Veteran in me, I tried to keep my military bearing, and I still paid. All of their talent left and went to downtown Edmond and the turnover is so bad you never know what you are going to get. It will take my hair until Christmas to grow back out and it is May 30th. Do not go to this place....

Made an appointment for noon to get a haircut made it three hours ahead of time walk in check-in don’t get greeted sit down two stylist one cutting hair for two children one cutting hair for one guy. I sat there for 45 minutes after the app had told me that my stylist would be available in five minutes to head to the store so after sitting there for about 45 minutes, I had finally had enough. I got up and I left neither one of the stylist really cared to stop me or asked me why I was leaving. They just watched me walk out. I won’t be back.
