Phylis did my upper lashes last summer, and I am amazed at how much it opens up my eyes. Fun fact: Phylis is my mother, and I never would have considered permanent make-up if she wasn't the one suggesting it! She had been doing it for 13 years when I caved and asked her to enhance my eyes. I like rocking a natural look with no make-up and was nervous about looking like I had eyeliner on. Well, I love it. Tapping (the method she uses) is so natural-looking, and if you are considering having your brows or eyes enhanced, I simply cannot recommend anyone more exceptional.
