Puppy Paws is a gift. The staff are so so sweet and genuinely seem to love their work and the families they serve. Somehow they make everyone feel like your puppy is their absolute favorite! Teddy loves Puppy Paws!

The staff are friendly and helpful. They love the dogs and the dogs love them. The grooming department is extremely talented. My dog gets so excited when it’s time to go to Puppy Paws. Thank you for all you do, for the dogs and people both.

Wow, I’m not even sure where to begin. We have a 5 month old puppy, Tybee, and planned to board her for a little over a week. 5 days in, Puppy Paws called me and told me our girl was hacking and seemed pretty sick. They immediately took her to the vet with our permission and their quality assurance/recruiting manager, Hannah, called us, thoroughly explained our pup’s symptoms and assured my husband and I that she would treat our dog as her own and she did JUST that. Hannah arrived at the vet with our pup around 7pm and didn’t arrive back at PP until 6am (to no fault of Puppy Paws, the vet was slammed and had to run multiple tests).
