This family operated business sets the bar for service and integrity. Their pricing is fair, they treat emergencies appropriately, and they are honest when a rare mistake is made. I wish all companies were run the Prudhom Mechanical.
The team at Prudhom are fast and friendly! They got me scheduled quickly to fix an HVAC issue. The technician was knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC assistance.
Joseph was great to work with. He was VERY through, making sure there were no leaks. He double checked about everything he could and stayed until 9:00 PM to insure the unit was working correctly after the repairs were complete. We are very satisfied with the level of service we received.
