This place has been such a blessing for my boys, perfect combination of fun and discipline. They learn confidence, self defense, respect and get the physical movement they need everyday. All of the instructors are wonderful and they genuinely love these kids. Highly recomend! 10 out of 10!

I don't know a lick about Taekwondo, outside of its Korean roots, but I know my son absolutely loves his time here.
The young-adult black belts seem extremely empowered to lead and teach, which is refreshing and inspiring.
The older generation of the Poos family seems as passionate as ever, and rightly so given their pedigree. There's also a kindness and honesty here--a clear sense of high moral character--that can't help but rub off on the students.
All told, it's a bit of a diamond-clad miracle to have this caliber of class, leadership and experience (Olympic coach?!?!) right here in Edmond,... read full review

I went their with one of my friends. The vibe was amazing. The students are beaming and so proud. I was able to watch her take a test. She invited me and I was so honored. I would recommend it to anyone with kids.
