I've been here several times and each time, my experience has been wonderful. They don't judge you and want to help you. At one point, I did not have insurance and they were able to help cover my cost! I started my hormones here with Julia and she has always been so excited and supportive of my transition. She answers my questions whether it be via phone or the patient portal. You don't get that very often from doctor offices, especially straight from the provider. I hope she stays with Planned Parenthood.

The provider is really kind and listens. I dont know if the nurses or receptionist are aware but i can hear them swearing/yelling from the lobby and while waiting in my room. That is not professional. Aside from that, they are nice.

The provider is a godsend. She actually listens and empathizes with me. Every time I've been here, she explains what is going on and asks if I have any additional questions. I've only had good experiences here and I hope she stays with Planned Parenthood!
