“We love Waterloo! Dr. Park has been Bailey’s vet for over 10 years. We even followed her here! Dr. Richter is also wonderful. All the staff are wonderful. This is the only clinic where Bailey doesn’t shake when we get here. They all love her and call her by name and give her all the attention! Prices are reasonable and staff is top notch! They’ve done surgeries on Bailey, cancer vaccines and ozone therapy all to help her overcome her fight with cancer“

“I was very hesitant to leave my pup at a doggy daycare and our family spent a lot of time researching all of the facilities in the area. Our puppy was also assessed at a few places and we decided that Pawparrazi was the best.

To be honest, I was still worried leaving my pup all day. She has always been anxious with new people and other dogs. It has been 3 weeks since she enrolled and I can say that I am finally comfortable leaving her there. She is no longer showing signs of anxiety when we get there and she is always greeted with love. I know that she is well taken care of all day and that is what matters.

“Loreanne with Big Friendly saved us and our rescue dog, Lou Lou! We adopted Lou Lou without any knowledge of her past and after a few months with us, she started showing aggression towards guests at our house. We had tried several things, prior to getting Loreanne’s help, with no change in Lou Lou’s behavior. We started seeing improvement in Lou Lou’s behavior and obedience after just the first session with Loreanne. Playroom rotation along with stimulation play time makes this the only facility I have ever come across that is truly worth having your dogs stay at! They offer boarding, grooming, and daycare, making it uber convenient to me as a pet parent. It's very homey and quaint with an attentive staff that are legitimately trained in all things dog related. I actually feel safe leaving my baby in their care. I’ve always used our small-town vet out of convenience and never had a bad experience — but I’ve also never had a vet or staff get down on the floor to meet my dogs at their level or say, “I won’t push them if they’re not ready.” If you treat your pets like your kids, Dr. Parra and her team are the ones you want. They ran tests I’d never even been offered before and sent us home with clear answers and a treatment plan. Dr. Parra and Patricia took the time to explain everything and even cleared up some misinformation from past vets. My dogs were truly loved on and cared for — I honestly think they’ll be excited to go back!“
