Dr. Charles called me and apologized. He said the front desk made a mistake and apologized for how they handled it. I was offered a refund for the difference.

Dr. Charles was great and very personal. However, the receptionists lied about how much the visit would be when I called to schedule my appointment. They said they do not take my UHC insurance, which is fine and I opted to self-pay. One of the receptionists said the fee would be $80. When I checked out it was bumped up to $105. I told the receptionist that I was told $80 over the phone and she said no our visits can range from $85 to $100 something. I’m not one to enter into confrontation so I paid the $105 and moved on. Be sure to get a quote in writing before making an appointment. I would go back for a visit for Dr. Charles but I would be more cautious next time to ensure I have documentation of the quoted visit. I will update my rating to 5 stars if they call back and offer me a refund for my quoted 15 min visit.“

“It’s about time I post a review. I’ve been a patient here for 20 years. George is the most personable, and kind man. He’s not only an incredible physician but a kind and caring person. He has always graciously had conversations with me outside of the subject of my eyes. And never have they fallen on deaf ears. He gets to know his patients as people not just a chart and it shows. His receptionist/office manager Kristi has been there the same length of time and is equally as wonderful. I know when I visit that I’m well taken care of and I leave every time wishing that there wasn’t a year between appointments. This place is the best.“
