Every person there was knowledgeable, professional, kind and positive. Dr. James explained everything and gave me contacts to try and extra since we will be leaving for Christmas. Very positive experience and would recommend.

Everybody is nice and professional. Dr. James knows her stuff and I like the way she explains things. Good all the way around and I'm a harsh critic. Jessica is also the sweetest! ?

10/31/2023: Another year has flown by, & I just had my annual exam w/ the Dr. She continues to be very thorough in her exams. She referred me last year for upper lid blepharoplasties, & that went really well. I feel like that referral reflects back on Dr James too, as she cares who she’s referring you to for optical procedures.I had a problem w/my glasses lenses this year, evidently the anti-reflective coating was coming off in spots. The girls in the optical were quick to see if I my lenses were still under warranty & they were; hence, they ordered replacement lenses for my current frames. That worked out well, b/c we all know how expensive glasses become after adding...read full review
