They told me they would take a look at it access the problem and find a solution. Told me it would be done within a few hours. Sure enough they meet all my expectations and were quick and efficient. “I talk to Chris and I though I had to replace my Apple Watch battery because it was not charging after I already talk to 4 places that fix watches and they told me that it needed a battery replacement but after talking to Chris it was just simple fix my charger was bad test mine it was no good he had another and it worked he was very helpful,honest,knowledgeable about the product definitely recommend his Business anytime I’ll definitely go back“

“This was the best experience in customer service I have had in a long while. I called to ask if they would be able to fix my computer screen and over the phone Paul helped me find my computer type, screen type and got off the phone and spent time finding the appropriate screen and then got back to me with a confident yes. I then brought it in and he was responsive and timely and just absolutely nice. Paul was the best and this was a great experience and now I have my computer back which I use for work without having the hassle of buying a whole a new computer. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Also to note, I called a few other places in Edmond and almost every single one of them were rude about the fact I was "calling" and asked me to come in or stated an estimate twice the amount Paul said without looking up my specific computer screen. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the NW OKC/Edmond area, stop and come here!“
