MyEyeDr provides excellent customer service and takes great care of their patients, offering thorough eye exams. The staff is friendly, fun, and helpful in selecting glasses. Both Dr. Moyer and Dr. Claunch are highly praised for their exceptional care, ensuring patients leave with improved vision. Many patients, including families, are loyal clients due to the above-and-beyond care they receive.
Dr. Claunch is very respectful and professional. I’ve had trouble with eye doctors rushing me through my appointments and pushing me to services I don’t need or want. Dr. Claunch always explains what he’s doing and why. He’s made going to the eye dr so much less stressful for me. It really feels like he covers all his bases and wants to benefit the patient as much as possible. The team here is very welcoming as well.
I’ve never had a bad experience here! I’d spent many years with Dr. Moyer and was nervous to switch doctors, Dr. Claunch made the transition easy and was incredibly patient and took the time to explain things I didn’t fully understand. The staff is truly amazing!
The location is AWESOME!! TESSA Made me feel welcome, didn't rush me and actually listened to what I needed for my eye care. I will always recommend this place for anyone who needs a great and professional place to receive eye care.
