Mauve Nails & Spa offers best customer service by a beautiful person at the front desk who always says hi and makes customers feel valued. Walk-ins are immediately greeted and offered something to drink, seated, and started on nails in less than a minute. The salon treats first-time customers like regulars seen every week, and one client paid around $20 less for the same service. The managers are understanding, kind, and polite, getting clients in very fast and ensuring they leave with exactly what they wanted. For a busy Saturday, a walk-in was sat and started in under 20 minutes. Nail techs are kind, funny, and pay close attention to each nail, making sure it is clear of fuzz or minor imperfections. They are not aggressive with hands. Vin is a go-to technician who is always on point and knows exactly what clients like. Other techs are talented at nail art. There has never been bad customer service or upset clients, just a nice chill vibe.
I was in Edmond for a Dr appointment and needed a nail fill. I googled nail salons and found Mauve. I walked in, and was immediately greeted, and offered something to drink. I was seated at a station, and a nail tech started on my nails less than a minute after walking in. I walked out with a beautiful set of nails. I actually paid around $20 less at Mauve for the same service I get at a salon where I am from. This was my first time at Mauve, but I was treated like a regular customer they see every week. I had a great experience here and highly recommend this salon.
I got dip polish and wasn’t happy with how it laid on my nails, it was too thick for me. I contacted them and they had me come back in today to have them fixed. The girl who fixed them today explained why they were thick and suggested I get gel instead. She did a great job and they looked so much better when she was done. They didn’t charge me to have them switched to gel. Everyone was super friendly and kind. Great customer service! Would definitely recommend! ☺️
