Just had product installed today. Installer(Brian) arrived promptly and started working immediately. He was fast and efficient and answered all questions in a professional and friendly manner. He made sure all down spouts were clear of any clogs and left the job site clean. 5 stars for Brian, will rate product after next good rainIt has been 5 years since I had the product installed and it has performed flawlessly.

Everyone was very professional and answered all our questions. We were very excited to get them done, so we wouldn't have to empty the gutters ourselves. One guy did it in less than 5 hours nd did a very good and professional job.
