I called on a Saturday to see about coming in (I had never been here before), and to find out if they are cash only. Someone answered, "Hello?". I thought maybe I had the wrong number, so I said, "Is this the barber shop?"They hung up.I thought there was a mistake, so I called back. Google confirmed I was calling "Judy's Family Hair Cuts". This time it rung off the hook as no one was willing to answer.Unprofessional.

Went in for a haircut. She barley washed my hair only washed the top. Did not wash underneath sides or ends. She literally spent 1-2 minutes washing my hair. She did not have time to dry it so I thought I would be okay. She also only spent about 3-5 minutes cutting my hair and not checking any of her work to ensure my hair was even. Which kinda worried me. I thought it would be okay she has been doing this for a long time. Well it was NOT OKAY AT ALL!!! When I got home and straightened my hair I was not happy at all. It was very uneven, layers were not cut properly. I am going to get it fixed tomorrow by someone that knows what they are doing.

The environment is very good and the service is really poor.The barber directly shaved my hair without asking！and there was nothing left behind！This made my weekend and the next few weeks terrible! I have to tell this.The attitude towards people is very good, but the service and haircut skills are very bad. I need to tell the truth, and I don't want people who come to get a haircut to experience this bad feeling. That was really bad, and the mood was really bad! I hope this review will give the store and consumers a reminder！This is just my personal experience, and it does not mean that everyone has my experience.My comment is that I looked in the mirror and desperately used my poor English to comment.

Super happy with Judy. I take my young boys there and she's always and to get their hair cut no matter how much trouble they try to give. She boasts "I'm a grandma" and gets the job done well.

We've been looking for a consistent stylist to cut our 3 year son's hair for months; we've taken him to a kid-specific salon once and it was terrible. I am sooooo happy I randomly found Judy's Family Hair Cuts because she is absolutely FANTASTIC! She was super attentive, gentle, and engaging w/our son, and his hair looks amazing! He didn't flip out or anything and Judy was just awesome with him! I definitely recommend Judy's Family Hair Cuts and we will be coming back regularly!

The only person around here who knows how to cut asian hair!! She offers proper tips on how to keep your hair healthy and clean!! She’s always done a great job on my sister’s and I’s hair and is easy to be around. We’ve been coming here for a couple of years and it’s the best!! We’re never going back to any salon like Great Clips :)Her little dog, Buster, is her right hand man and is a joy to be around-especially when it comes to kids!

I came to this Salon because of the reviews. They were great. I have very high salon anxiety because I have such long thick hair Stylists get intimidated. Judy was kind and had time for me as a walk in. I had waist long hair. I just wanted thinned and a few layers. I sat in the chair and she began brushing my hair. There wasn’t a part even started when she began to thin & cut it stating the hair needed thinned before anything. As she was brushing with the comb I don’t think she realized her scissors were ripping my hair as she combed which was pretty painful for someone who’s not tender headed.I never received a wash. You cannot cut/style dry hair properly especially mine. She proceeded to cut my hair and thin it while dry until it was up to my shoulder blades that’s when I realized I wasn’t going to get the hair cut I wanted.Judy as we talked you mentioned how you are tired, done working in the industry. I think it may be time to hang up the hat. With all due respect. That was the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I paid for my services. I even left a $20 tip but I had to find someone immediately after to save what hair I had left to even it out and salvage it. My long hair that I wanted to keep is now almost to my shoulders.One last detail I will hold onto as I make my journey into the Cosmetology field myself, when your customers leave, the ones who pay your bills, it’s not professional to gossip about them to the next client.

I really hate making this review because judy is all around a friendly nice stylist who DOES know what she is doing on certain cuts. it's hard for me to hurt a stylists feelings especially when I believe they were really trying to do something good for you.

Judy is the only person I trust to cut my hair. Every time I get a haircut from her, it’s the best haircut I’ve ever gotten! She doesn’t overcharge and gives great stying tips. If you have hair you are tired of or don’t know what to do with, Judy’s is the perfect place to go.
