I’ve been here twice and the experience has been the same both times. Incredibly kind people work at this store and my stylist Stephanie was incredible! 🥳✨🎉🎉 There is never a long wait and even if there was I would wait forever for customer service this good. If you are looking for a great experience and an affordable haircut that makes you feel like a million bucks, this is the spot for you! 😊
Stephanie was fantastic! My 17yo has some sensory issues that make hair cuts difficult at times. We have had a couple of bad experiences in the past that have made getting haircuts a challenge. We stayed at our local kids place as long as we could but he has far outgrown it so we decided to give Great Clips a shot. Stephanie was great with him and when I was trying to correct him she reassured me that he was just fine and she was enjoying her time with him. That took stress off of me. When we left I asked him if he would be willing to come back, his response was “only if she does it”. That’s a big win for us. Thank you, Stephanie!
I've gone here a number of times and have always received a consistent haircut along with super friendly stylists and a kind greeting. Every time I walk in. The team here does a good job of interacting and making everybody feel welcome. Great place!
