“I am leaving a 5 star review because I don’t want to be a TOTAL Karen. However, I brought my Kindergartener in for a haircut today. There was a very strong smell of marijuana while walking in. The place was empty aside from a man waiting for a haircut and there was no employee to be found. After a few minutes, an employee came in from the back and started cutting the man’s hair. We waited for 35 minutes and he was still giving the man a haircut. I don’t mind waiting at all, that was not my issue. My issue is that in those 35 minutes, we were not acknowledged at all. No hello, no how are you, no I’ll be with you in a moment, nothing. Not a single word was spoken to us. We walked out because I don’t want to give my money to someone who can’t even take the time to greet their customers.“
