Love the environment and everyone is so nice!!! I had Tess for this design but I’ve also had Mia and they are both my fav!!!! But even if those two aren’t available everyone there is amazing and I would trust all of them with my nails!!!!
I left a review earlier today regarding my experience at Glo nail bar and was not satisfied with how everything went. I was not happy with my nails and decided to go back in asking if I could pay to soak the nails off. After the second experience I decided to delete my initial review and leave this one instead.
I met with either the manager or receptionist and she set me up with someone to soak the nails off for me. She was very sweet and understanding. After my soak off she let me know I would not have to pay for it and offered to either have someone redo my nails or refund my money. I have been coming here for a few months now and I have to say, each time is a great experience! I do a gel mani/pedi and they always last. The place is so clean and the staff is so nice. They never fail to offer a drink while you wait and even when they are busy they make you feel important.
