I have hired F5 on more than one occasion. My backyard black vinyl fence was installed beautifully and in a timely manner. The cost was less than I had expected. I am very pleased with their work. I have read some of the negative reviews and I believe you have to consider the source on many occasions. I mean, who leaves a negative review on a free estimate? You don't like the estimate then find someone else. I have found you usually get what you pay for. There are a lot of unhappy and negative people in this world who want to spread their venom. Terrible experience. Quality of work was nonexistent and failed to follow up after numerous attempts to contact. Had to hire another contractor (who also charged less) to correct everything.
