When we had an unexpected slab leak that we found on Labor Day evening, we were frantically searching for some help. On the first ring, Bob picked up the phone and began to help us plan how to address this situation. His crew came over the following morning, set up HEPA filters, fans, etc and blocked off the affected rooms. Throughout the process of packing the items, moving, tear-out of the water damaged areas, and moving items back in, his crew were courteous, professional and treated our items and house as if it were their own. Could not be more impressed with their commitment to getting us back to normal. Additionally, Bob is exceptional to work with and helped us navigate through insurance claims and went to bat for us on multiple occasions when insurance was being resistant on paying out what was owed to us. Bob also recommended a great contractor to restore our two damaged rooms. A 5-star review probably doesn’t provide justification of how excellent this company is, the knowledge of navigating insurance and restoration process, and how reasonable their prices are for all the services they’re providing. Would highly recommend them to anyone for any disaster situation!

Saturday night September 21 at 11:05 pm I walked into my master bedroom closet to put away laundry and the carpet was soaking wet under my feet.
Completely panicked I called Express Restoration Edmond. Bob Chambers answered the phone from a sound sleep.
After a short conversation he determined the water was coming from a clogged condensation line in my A/C unit which shares a wall with my closet. He advised me to turn off the A/C to prevent more condensation production, he said A/C units can produce 20 to 30 gallons of water per day.
He was at my home the next morning with commercial grade heaters/blowers and dehumidifying units to start the drying out process.
Bob pulled out the dripping wet carpet and pad. He applied antibacterial agents to the floor and walls and started the units. They ran 24 hours a day for 9 days.
I am thrilled to report I have no mold issues or damage to my walls.

We had a flood in our house that affected three rooms. Express Restoration came immediately, removed all of the damaged flooring and carded it off the same day, and then dried out all of my cabinets, drywall, and even preserved my custom baseboards. They met with the insurance adjuster as well. Then he has a contractor who installed the new floors and did all the painting.. From front to back I was totally amazed at the quality and responsiveness of Bob Chambers and his company.
