I feel really bad about posting a negative review; I would never want to make a business look bad especially when all the employees I have interacted with have been so kind and personable. But I am at the point of I don't know what else to do.

I was in invisalign with Dr. Sigler. At my very last Invisalign appointment in November 2023, I told his assistant I still felt spacing between a few of my back, top teeth. She checked using floss and confirmed she felt the spacing. She told Dr. Sigler this, but he said he wanted me to be done with Invisalign. He didn't even check the spacing himself like he had done at past appointments. So they took my buttons off and then got me my retainers. It's important to note that I wore/wear my retainers religiously. They even still fit very well to this day.

On 4/12/24, I came in for my routine dental cleaning/check up. I was asked if I had any issues, and I told them I was getting food stuck in between my upper teeth. I said this had never been a problem before having Invisalign as I mainly just had crooked teeth, but no spacing issues. I explained to Dr. Sigler that I had even mentioned before he stopped my Invisalign treatment that I had still had spacing, he obviously didn't remember this, but said he would fix it with an Invisalign revision. I was 6 months pregnant and didn't want to do Invisalign while pregnant. He understood and said he would do it when I was no longer pregnant.

Come my next appointment 11/30/24, I was informed that I had a new dentist because Dr. Sigler no longer worked there. They asked if I had any issues with my teeth. I told them I was getting food stuck in my teeth really badly and it hurts to floss because the food gets wedged deeper sometimes. I explained everything that had happened and everything prevously discussed with Dr. Sigler. The new dentist said the best thing would be to do Invisalign again. I asked the dental hygienist if it would cost me and she said she didn't think so, but would have the office call me to let me know. They called and said it would be ~$2000 to start Invisalign again. I said I couldn't afford to do it again.

At my next appointment on 5/30/25, they asked if I had any problems. I told them again I was getting food stuck really bad between my teeth and it hurt to floss. My dentist was on vacation so they had a different dentist seeing me. I explained EVERYTHING to her. I could tell she felt really bad and said she would talk to the office manager for me and they would call me. No one ever called me or at least they didn't leave a voicemail if they did.

Today was my next appointment (12/29/25). My dentist asked me if I had any problems. I honestly hesitated to say anything and she noticed. I told her it was the same as before: I get food stuck really bad between my upper teeth. I didn't even have to point out the spot. She could tell just by looking. She said I could have a cosmetic procedure done where they make my tooth bigger. They said they would figure out the treatment plan cost and told me they would email me today how much it would cost and would also call to see my thoughts. Honestly sounds like I won't be able to afford it. No one emailed or called me.

All this to say, I have had great experiences with getting my teeth cleaned here. The front office staff, dental hygienists, and all the dentists I have interacted with have always been so friendly. BUT I paid a lot of money for Invisalign the first go around. I spoke up when I knew I still had spacing issues. I wore/wear my retainers exactly how Dr. Sigler told me to. It is very frustrating that I never had this issue before doing Invisalign. My teeth look really great when I smile, but having food get wedged between my back teeth, often times to where it hurts to floss and sometimes where I feel that I can't get it all out and sometimes to where my gums start bleeding, is becoming unbearable.
