Jacie is an amazing Pilates instructor! She’s incredibly attentive, always making sure my form is correct and helping me improve with thoughtful adjustments. Her kindness and encouragement make every session enjoyable and motivating. Highly recommend!

Since I’m of the “elderly” age Heather takes great care that I experience a good stretch and exercise without hurting myself trying to do everything. It’s great for people my age who want to stay strong and not lose abilities to move.

A Saturday morning off to a great start in a Flow 1.5 class with Jan, pushing us to stretch further and engage our muscles with intention. A class focused on lower body and abdominal strengthening, we utilized the reformer and the chair, with Jan encouraging each participant to overcome their fear of the chair to reach their goals.
I always love Jan’s classes, and her fun and relaxed spirit. Thank you Jan for your motivation this morning and a perfect start to the day!
