One star is too high! We have been going to White Oaks for years. Usually for shots and routine visits. This time our poodle was very sick. He is almost 4 years old. We arrived at White Oaks before they opened. When they unlocked the door we took him in the office. We had an appointment that we had made for 2 PM, but we felt like he might not make it that long. We had tried to take him to the emergency veterinarian hospital at 4am but they were full and would not take any patients. White Oaks told us to go to the emergency vet and we explained that we had tried to. White Oaks still refused to see us. This vet is only good for routine care but not an emergency.

Dr. Bianchi is amazing. we used to live close to Waterloo road and White Oaks was the closest vet. We have moved 30 mins away and still go there because they are so good and compassionate with the animals. Not just that our 3 year old has a stuffed animal bear that was "sick" and Dr. B fixed the bear up as well after a check up and shot. highly recommend----.

I would have to say don't use this place at all horrible customer service and not very good with the pets either ! Some policies apply to some people but not others ! Will be taking all my 4dogs somewhere else !!!
