I can’t say enough about Animal Medical Center I-35. We just recently moved to Edmond area and had been there once already and saw Dr. Farr who was wonderful. Then last Friday I called to get appointment for my dog who I knew was needing immediate attention. Front desk receptionist got us in immediately and we saw Dr. Crockett. After thorough tests, my dog had to have his spleen removed. Dr. Crockett was amazing! Took the time to answer all our questions before and after surgery. He also called to check on our dog who is healing wonderfully. The Front Desk, the Dr’s and vet techs are all great! Do not hesitate!! They are the best!

Dr. Farr and staff are just wonderful! Everyone is so attentive to our Phoebe, and we are so thankful for all of them in our lives. And, of course, in little Phoebe‘s life.

Do not come here if you have very small dogs. Brought my sisters little dog that broke her leg and they didn't have a splint anywhere near small enough, so instead of trying to get a smaller one or redirecting us somewhere more suited for smaller dogs, they went ahead and put the oversized splint on. Very uncomfortable for the dog who already has a broken leg and now she has a splint that is way too big that she has to drag around literally. The same day we leave the vet the splint is falling down and causing her pain so we called the vet and told them and they said to come in the next day and the will put it back on. We came the next day and waited for a very long time while the splint was being put back on and got charged around $100 for tightening the bandage around the splint. We go home and the same day it's already falling off and causing her pain and discomfort. You give her a splint that is far too big and then charge us everytime it starts falling off which is immediately, and it seems like you don't know what you're doing besides giving us a reason to come back and get charged. We took her somewhere else more equipped for small dogs and everything turned out fine.

Thank you for taking such great care of our dogs. I greatly appreciate the time the doctors spend with me explaining all options with an aging best friend. They will also made sure to see my parents & daughter pets when they happen to need to be seen while visiting. A true life saver.

Got the Deluxe Wash and I’m 99% sure they did not wash my dog at all
