Billing department is a mess. Long story but after a miscommunication and confusing we were sent to collections after being told they wouldn't do it. They basically were threatening and hostile towards us and it was a complete mistake. We literally apologized! Oh and it was a for a bill that was less than $50.00! Just be careful to get everything in writing before they provide any care to you.

This was my first experience at an eye doctor and I was very nervous. I was happily relieved that everyone was so kind. The front desk people, the technician, and the doctor were all so great and made my experience really good. I will definitely go back!

My husband and brother had an appointment today and one employee treated my brother who is in a wheelchair terrible. My 16 yr old son helped my husband by pushing his uncle to the office where his appointment was and sat quietly while my husband was in his appointment. The lady didn't tell my brother that she was putting eye drops in eyes to dilate them. She made fun of my brother and son in front of my husband and the eye dr while my husband was being treated. My son helped push my brother to the bathroom where he slipped and fell because he couldn't see. My brother split his nose and face due to the fall.
