My Aire Serv technician Matt did a very thorough job. He did such a great job that I opted to purchase the $249 service plan. Even though he did not start until after 5:00 pm, he stayed late and went beyond what was expected to complete the repair. He also provided me photos of the unit before and after and explained the purpose of the failure and the function of the parts. His expertise allowed me to decide to purchase the optimal replacement parts. Thanks for having such a knowledgeable individual on your Aire Serv team.

Brycen and Austin did a great job installing two vents and the duct work in two rooms in our house! They were efficient and worked together to get the job done in an hour and half. They answered all my questions and were very careful to make sure no debris fell on our electronic equipment when installing the vent. I would give them more stars if I could they are tremendous!!

7/16/24 Aire Serv to the rescue AGAIN- Had the need for Aire Serv of OKC to replace AC in an older house we purchased recently. Austin, Brycen, Danny, and Scott came and made short work of the task. They were very congenial, extremely well organized, put down drop cloths everywhere before they started, did everything I asked them to do, conquered all the challenges of installing in the old house, and cleaned up all the mess from the old system. Now we have a new efficient system putting out very cold air. Thanks Aire Serv! - FIVE STARS twice!
