Aire Serv does everything the right way! We've used them for probably 7+ years for a variety of reasons. Our most recent situation was our main heater went out due to the winter storm. We have limped along for a few years, but I finally ripped the band aid off and had Aire Serve fix it the right way. Our technician, Matt, was nothing short of amazing. He was probably the most polite and friendly service technician I've ever encountered. And we've had a few good ones over the years from Aire Serve and others. Matt spent the better part of the day getting our system back up and running. Always keeping us fully in the loop and the status of the project. I honestly regret not doing this years earlier, but the great thing is Aire Serve never pushed anything on us. I'm sure our system is probably getting close to end-of-life and I know for sure who is installing the replacement.
