The service seemed to go well. I went into the house for a while and let him work. The generator came on today 13 Sept 2025 at 12:00 p.m. for the maintenance run and it sounded like it was only firing on 1 cylinder. There was a strong smell of natural gas as well. So… I will call on Monday morning to schedule an appointment for somebody to check this out. Thank you so much for contacting me. The service wasn’t on my radar as my wife has recently passed. Thank you Colby for your friendly demeanor.
Always get what you pay for !! - great service - always professional & don’t sell services you don’t need. Great investment in this company - System has never failed and they always take care of us.
Airco sent Damien Samuel to perform my bi-annual service and I would recommend him to everyone because he is friendly, knowledgeable, and was prompt. I would have to give him 10 Stars for his service.
