A&T will be my first call from here on out! I had two other companies diagnosed my AC compressor and both told me it was failing. Coincidentally they also wanted to sell me a $15k replacement. A&T actually performed diagnostic work and isolated the issue in less than 15 minutes (faulty contactor wiring). Be careful who you call- the folks know the true meaning of integrity and don’t show up just to sell you a system.
A huge thank you to Joseph for answering my call on a Saturday and for coming to diagnose our issue first thing Sunday morning. Had it repaired Monday morning. We are enjoying a nice cool home again! I highly recommend A&T!
Small miscommunication issue which did get cleared up. Other than that, they went above and beyond, and I'm a very harsh critic. [I was gonna give 4 stars due to the miscommunication despite it getting cleared up, but they really are such a great company and desrve a matching review]. I would HIGHLY recommend them for anybody who needs any HVAC work done.I will definitely be calling them again for any future work I end up needing. Additionally, they actually figured out what my issue was before giving me a quote to fix it while others just assumed what the issue was.
