“We waited over an hour and fifteen minutes. Finally Richard went to the front desk and asked what the hold up was. The assistant said there wasn't a slip printed for Richard. When we finally got back there I told the assistant that I lost wages. I could have worked my regular hours. I lost wages because I took of early to bring Richard. Dr Kellogg said he would make it up to us.“
