This is the best company I have ever worked for. I am just blown away at how the Allen Family cares about there employees and their customers. The most honest company in the industry. I thought I had a serious leak in between my first and second floor of my house. Allen plumbing said they would be out between 10-2… stuff happened at the job before me. So the field guy couldn’t get to me on Friday. So Friday at 4pm Johnny(the owner) called and asked me to meet at the house to figure out what was going on. So I meet him at the house and he points out something obvious to a plumber and not obvious to a Land Surveyor. I fix that issue and problem solved. So not only did they go above and beyond to meet with my on a Friday. Their knowledge saved me a lot of headache and time trying to find a leak in between the 2 floors.
