Until today, I had not previously had any issues with the Round Up Cleaners in Duncan, Oklahoma. I arrived at the store at 12:56 PM on Saturday, May 24. The store closes at 1 PM. The door was locked and the worker inside saw me and shook her head that she would not open the door. I got my phone and held it up to the door to show her it was now 12:57 PM. She still shook her head and wouldn’t open the door. iPhones have an atomic clock, which is not incorrect like the clock on her wall might have been. . This is unacceptable customer service. Called right when this business opened to ask if they could press a shirt and was told no, when I attempted to ask a follow up question I was hung up on. I would not recommend using a dry cleaner that cannot and does not return your items clean and pressed.
The lady who works there verbally assaulted my wife 2 times.
