Main street U.S.A. is alive and well in Dewey Oklahoma. I have been there a number of times, over a period of several years. I live in Arizona and visit family in Northeastern Oklahoma sometimes. I have saved boots needing work until I came to town, so I could have them repaired at Wise's. They should sell coffee and donuts and have a table or two, inside and outside because it is run by a couple of happy, friendly, normal kind of guys and has a very distinct Floyd's Barber Shop Vibe about it. I am absolutely crazy about this place. For starters Mr. Wise's skills in boot and shoe repair are absolutely unsurpassed. He's worked miracles on several pair of boots that I loved and didn't want to see consigned to the thrift store or worse! The machines he uses are ones that he himself has built or rebuilt, so he can virtually remake a shoe that has seen better days. Additionally, he has repaired some other things for me as well, including one of my favorite pieces of luggage. On top of this he is friendly and the prices are very fair. He's one of a kind!

Knowledgeable and excellent service! Highly recommend!! Services include: dress shoe and boot resoling, full recrafting, full service shoe shine and touch up, shoe stretching. Can also repair various leather goods (bags, purses).
