We had an AC issue at our rental property today (Saturday) and called for service. They responded quickly, were professional, and gave us honest feedback about what was causing the problem. Hunter, the technician, fixed it on the spot and explained everything clearly. Considering it was a weekend service call, the price was very fair. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Great company that cares about its customers. Had a problem with our sinks and faucets in a new construction home right after the warranty ran out, and contacted Jason to come out and look. While he could've charged me for his time, he gave me some quick things to try first, which turned out to be the issue and saved us time and money. Definitely knowledgeable and a master of the craft.
Cory came out on a Sunday night of a holiday weekend to try to fix my A/C. He had one part he needed on the truck, but unfortunately, two circuit boards were fried and had to be ordered. I so appreciate his efforts and time away from his family. Hope the parts come in quickly.
