I stopped in for a weekend pass while visiting family in the area. The new owners were very welcoming and the prices were good. The gym needs some basic work from the new owners, but it was clean and well equipped. It exceeded my expectations. Thanks!
I enjoy coming and training. Coach Mike is a good man and the staff is very helpful and welcoming. Thanks. Update They have added new lights, new asphalt in the parking lot with fresh paint and new out side lights. It looks great! Also, the equipment is great, I’m 270 lbs and can train on any equipment in this GYM.
This gym has been my safe place since before moving into the bigger space. The owners are by far the most loving & welcoming family I’ve had the privilege of knowing. All things martial arts & fitness along with some other perks included for kiddos & the adults! I truly have enjoyed the gym & classes, extremely convenient location, hours, and always striving to make things better! I highly recommend this gym if you need a place that offers multiple uses all in one membership! Michael & Erica are literal angels, go support this family business! ❤
