This company is straight garbage!! The others who gave this company bad reviews aren’t exaggerating. They say they do things that they don’t do. They are completely unprofessional and do terrible work. They made a massive hole in our back yard that’s been there for about a month that they keep saying they’ll come and fill in but have still not shown up after multiple calls. Also, Ruhl builders contracts with them and they have made multiple mistakes on our home that is currently being built and has been delayed due to the plumbing not passing inspection. My family has tried so hard to be patient with Sam and his crew through our new build of our home because through out there was so many mistakes done I was hoping that would have been all but now that we are finished and still having now 8+ leaks, many many mistakes from his workers in our NEW HOUSE There is no possible way I could ever recommend this company. I pray no one has to go through the stress, leaks and so many expenses that we have gone through. *We are on leak #8 (of course can't get ahold of them don't think for a second they will call you back) Causing us to have to hire out else where to fix it, and then don't forget the expenses to redo the Sheetrock and paint. Many mistakes they caused durning out build: *Measurements off on many areas have to cut back into our concrete pad. Sink area, shower drains, toilets. *Missed drain in upstairs shower. Them Noticing after Sheetrock was done causing to have to cut back into sheet rock. (This has now leaked and had to be fixed by another company) again having to repair sheet rock and paint. *Missed the drain in upstairs sink causing us to have to do a water pump. I truly don't understand how you miss drains when install water? *Shower set up was done incorrectly. I could truly go on for what seems like forever. They are obviously not qualified for large projects. Don't make the mistake of hiring this crew and being in the same situation were in. We had many conversations with Sam and always heard that they will fix it. Nothing obviously has ever been fixed just something done temporarily. We were way to nice and obviously should have fired them after making handful of mistakes durning our build because here are now still having to deal with there awful work and a lot more expeensives that no one should even have to endure

I never post reviews, but I’ve had such a bad experience with these guys that I wanted to warn others before hiring them. Too long of a list of screw ups to list here but let’s just say that if I didn’t go check their work before the slab went down, I’d have a brand new house that doesn’t drain. That was just the start of the screw ups too, their poor work quality continued for the duration of the build.
